The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) celebrated its 75th anniversary in 2008. For more than seven decades, IREM has been the source for education, resources, information and membership for real estate management professionals. IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sector.
As a global organization, IREM brings real estate management professionals together from all over the world. With a network spanning 81 U.S. chapters, eight international chapters and several other global partnerships, our membership comprises over 18,000 individual members and 500 corporate members worldwide.

CPM and Candidate chapter dues will be $175 for 2009.

Thank you letters from 2008 Charities
Thank you for another great turn out last month. Our attendance of 130+ set another record for us. Thank you to Members and Friends for the gift donations. We also presented $3,000 in donations to the following charities: Leukemia & Lymphoma Society, Heartland Habitat, Hope House, and Kansas City Habitat.
