IREM Kansas City serves real estate professionals who manage multi-family and commercial real estate. We have been an integral force in the Kansas City region since 1948. The Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) is celebrating its 75th anniversary in 2008. For more than seven decades, IREM has been the source for education, resources, information and membership for real estate management professionals. IREM is the only professional real estate management association serving both the multi-family and commercial real estate sector.

As a global organization, IREM brings real estate management professionals together from all over the world. With a network spanning 81 U.S. chapters, eight international chapters and several other global partnerships, our membership comprises over 18,000 individual members and 500 corporate members worldwide.

NOTE SPECIAL DATE.  The IREM Kansas City Chapter is pleased to have  Todd Long, Director of Leadership Training and Development, William Jewell College Pryor Center for Leadership Development on Thursday, January 22, 2009, 11:30 a.m. at Meadowbrook Country Club, 9101 Nall Ave., Prairie Village, KS 66207.

  Diamonds Are Forever Recap

IREM Kansas City celebrated 75 years of professionalism at its Diamonds Are Forever Gala held September 18th at the Town Pavilion Rotunda.  More than 100 people attended this extravaganza, including 16 past presidents.  Also recognized were Brad Ashley, CPM of the Year; Michelle Pitsenberger for CPM of 2007-08; Lonnie Garrett, Candidate of the Year; and Stephanie Kavlick, ARM of the Year.


2009 Membership Dues
CPM and Candidate CHAPTER Dues will be $175 for 2009.

Friends of IREM Dues will be $450 until January 31, 2009.
