Friends of IREM fosters professional relationships between IREM Kansas City Chapter No. 15 and a mix of locally represented, reputable quality-minded service providers and vendors.

Friends of IREM must be recommended by a CPM or Candidate to qualify for membership. It is our goal to provide our members with a top-notch directory of professionals to call on for all their property management needs.

As a Friend of IREM, companies become part of a select group of vendors. Currently, the Kansas City Chapter has over 200 members who recognize IREM as a solid real estate related professional organization with emphasis on education and the changing issues facing the real estate management field today.

The Kansas City Chapter is one of the most active chapters in the nation with monthly luncheon meetings usually drawing 75-100 people, a sell-out golf tournament in June, along with additional socials and a holiday function.
